Can I install this product myself……and what tools are necessary to install it?

I have hundreds of people a year that install this laminate themselves (they save at least ½ of the cost by doing so). It is very simple since it requires no clamping, glue or expensive professional tools. All you need is our $25 installation kit (spacers, tapping block, and pullbar), a saw (jig saw, table saw, circular saw), a measuring tape, a $15 undercut saw to allow the laminate under the door frames, and a hammer. Most homeowners have told us that they can install from 150 to 300 sq ft. per day. (When you purchase product from me), and unlimited answers to your installation questions by phone or email 7 days a week. When you purchase laminate flooring from me you get fast answers to any installation question.

How can I get samples of your products?

You can email via our request form or call me personally at 435-586-4431 and I promise I will send up to 4 nice sized samples priority mail directly to your home or business FREE. I spare no expense to educate my customers…….I send you a free video tape that explains what you need to know about laminates to make a wise choice.

Do we have all of the accessories to finish the laminate flooring we sell?

I have Tmolding, Endcap molding, Hardsurface reducer molding, ¼ round, 3 ¼ inch Baseboards, and Stairnosing, all in stock for immediate delivery. We also have 2 styles of padding……. view pictures of each and order online with our secure server.

What are the shipping charges and how long will it take for delivery after I order?

We use Roadway, Averett Express, Yellow Frt, and a few specialized carriers.

What do I do if the product is damaged or there are missing pieces when it arrives?

This doesn’t happen often…….but when it does, my office manager, jumps right on it. All I ask is that you make sure you count the boxes, check for any damage, and make sure you get the truck driver to sign what the damage was before you sign the bill of lading. I promise, once you have followed this procedure, Dottie will have whatever was damaged replaced on the next truck out to your town. I want my customers happy. What method of payment is acceptable?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and personal and cashiers checks. Personal checks require 7 business days to clear before we can send out product. Since we pay for the shipping we cannot offer COD orders.

Is it possible to pickup an order if I live close to one of the warehouses?

I stock laminate flooring in 3 different locations. I have it in Dalton Georgia, Cedar City, Utah. As long as there is sufficient inventory in that location you may pick it up. Just call my 435 586-4431 number and I will make arrangements for pickup.

Why would I want a commercial rated product in my home? Does the heavier texture on the surface catch dirt and make this product harder to clean?

Even though this is a commercially rating product, it has nothing to do with it looking commercial. It has a heavier wear layer with a nice rolling texture just like real wood. The surface does not catch dirt. Nothing will stick to it. It can be easily cleaned with a wrung out mop, followed by a dry towel. Daily maintenance can be done with a dry Swiffer.

What keeps water from going through the cracks if no glue is used between the seams?

All of the edges of this product contain a clear silicone that is applied at the factory. When you click the boards together, it provides protection between the seams. The manufacturer has given their approval for those that want extra protection to apply a thin layer of laminate glue on the top of the tongue before it is clicked together.
